No I think they do it so the main expensive ingredients meal doesn’t have to be that big because you already feel full. I never eat it.

If I eat bread before the meal it makes me feel sluggish resulting in me not eating my main Si there’s no chance of a pudding.. I don’t like puddings either! A wine is my pudding 😂😂
