There’s a waterless shampoo and you just rub it in their fur and skin and use a towel to dry! I’ll use it every now and again so he smells nice and clean and it helps to get his loose hair off cause

You can buy cat friendly wipes. My cat likes the Target brand because the scent is so mild. If I wipe her with anything that has a stronger scent, she overgrooms herself and gives her dandruff.
