Completely eliminating dairy completely changed our boy’s symptoms drastically in a week.

Also time. Sometimes it’s just a really, really tough season you have to endure. Things will get better, things will get harder, this is just a tough season.

I gave her a probiotic daily and noticed improvement within a few weeks.

BioGaia baby probiotic drops once daily DRAMATICALLY improved things for us. I wish I started them as soon as we brought him home.

Eliminating dairy and lactose helped tremendously. Asked the doctor to prescribe medication for reflux and alternated between gripe water and mylicon gas drops throughout the day. Never lay your baby

It’s usually that they have an allergy, typically CMPA (cows milk) or soy. A pediatric chiropractor can work wonders as their little bodies go through a lot during birth. A quality baby probiotic too!

Get an exercise ball. They need to be bounced, constant movement. Hold baby close to you and bounce away. Makes it so much easier. Sing a song at the beginning of bouncing, if baby is crying.👇

A 3 hour long video of a vacuum on YouTube…it was the only white noise he liked, we literally put a tv in his room at a month old so we could play it while he slept and it was life changing…

White noise machine in phone. Swaddle. Also he ended up needed meds for silent reflux. It was a rough few months. So sorry, it’s hard. It changes you

😩, honestly the only thing that helped was time. make sure you're not over feeding, burp often and get some noise dampening headphones so you can attend to baby without having to hear the full

Chiropractor once a week for a month, babies have a rough time coming through the birth canal. Worked like a charm.

Our son had environmental colic. Like legit his stomach was fine. He had to have darkness and quiet and classical music and swaddles and shushing and my Dyson vacuum on sitting right next to him.

Hardest period of my life! I’m so sorry you are going through this. It will end, it will get better and you will sleep again. When you have help take naps.

Nothing helped my son. So I did things to helped me survive it out. Ear plugs. Baby wear. Set them down and take a minute. Co-sleep safely. Got out of the house without him.

A good chiropractor, craniosacral therapist or a speech pathologist. Sometimes blockages happen in pregnancy/birth and muscles can be relaxed to help with gas.

The Frida Windy, lots of tummy time, dairy free, chiropractor, Pepcid, Biogaia probiotics. But really the only thing that keep my baby happy was being on me in the carrier. It WILL get better.
