@neil_denton: A couple weeks ago I was asked to speak to a group of young farmers, on the impact of strong leadership in business.and on the farm. As a part of the presentation my wife and I prepared, I asked some of my closest friends and mentors to speak by video into how they viewed leadership or what makes a great leader. A couple of the videos I received were fantastic and I wanted to share them with a greater audience, over the next couple weeks I'll post some of the videos I received. They highlight the importance of quality leadership in the stewardship of your business, the growth of your employees, and the example you set for your family; quality leadership impacts our communities positively for generations. Have a great Sunday evening and I hope you enjoy the words of wisdom as much as I did! - Neil •How has leadership impacted or changed you as an individual? - It takes great leaders to create great businesses and organizations. #agriculture #agmedia #kentucky #leadership #legacy #farmer #farming #community #rural #rurallife #farmlife #ffa #mentor Credit -McKeel Productions Special Thanks -Dr. Tony Brannon for such a thoughtful response.
