@cailynmedley: PLEASE send your skincare recommendations because I am so emotional about this. I suspect a big factor is gluten and possibly sugar intake, but sometimes I watch what J eat and they still flare up. I always have a red patch/streak on my one cheek and it’s so embarrassing. I saw a highly recommended dermatologist in the area who prescribed me with a strong cream for eczema (even though I mentioned I think it’s rosacea) and it just made my skin drier and itchier. Some days it’s not bad, some days it’s like this and I need suggestions 😭 #skincare #helpme #skincarejourney #rosacea
