Can I have an update please currently feel like I’m burning my skin off. I’m on 50mg of that and I can clear it up but the moment I’m in the sun too long I turn into this exact rash but more on my neck and around my eyes and mouth

Use coconut oil (if not allergic) and change your diet. Gut health is vital. Think probiotics and food diversity.
