This is a lie, every resume has to be reviewed by an actual person before rejection, By law according to the EEOC in the US. ATS systems only keep track of resumes and rank them based on keywords.

FYI Paychex “mystaffingpro” ATS version, cannot read any resumes with lines, columns or tabs. I couldn’t figure why I wasn’t getting applicants. 90% auto rejected. 🤦♀️😤

You may also want to try uploading the docx and pdf to chatgpt and ask it to parse it andlike an ATS would do. then ask chatgpt to output the info from the uploaded file.

I call BS. Being in IT for multiple recruiters, we now utilize AI when matching candidates to job. Keyword search is thing of the past.
