Combine the cream and condensed milk in a bowl and whip until a soft peak forms 2. Line a baking dish with baking paper and evenly place the Malt 'O' Milk biscuits facing down side by side 3. Evenly spread the cream mixture on top 4. Top with the biscuits in the same formation as the base, facing upwards 5. Place in the fridge for a minimum of 5 hours 6.
