No don’t do that, the needle will get the hole in your nose infected because the needle isn’t sanatised and clean…you need to get it done by a professional, they have the right tools for it

But the safety pin is smaller than a normal Piercing needle they should be like 1,2mm but urs is like 0,7-0,8 you won’t have so much choice in choosing ur future jewellery 😔
