There’s nothing worse than getting stuck in a training plateau. We already know that you need to take the muscles near failure to train. But sometimes straight sets don’t cut it. When that’s the case we need to get creative Enter rest pause method On your last set go to failure as you normally would But don’t call it a day just yet Give yourself about 15 seconds to reset then grab the weight again and go til failure again Keep repeating this until you can’t squeeze out anymore reps. This is going to take you to true failure and you’ll be breaking through plateaus in no time. Don’t abuse this technique.
