Tbf once the allies land on empty non ports there sitting on lvl 10 forts the Ai port garrison bashes into those forts so the forts actually favour the allies even tho its on Italian soil

what usually happens: AI falls asleep and loses a couple provinces from repositioning, then endless assaults the level 10 forts to reclaim core territory, ensue -100k stockpile. 10/10 decision making
