THEY ARE NOT ACCURATE!! DO NOT GET IT. get those glass ones from Walmart that are 40$. Those are accurate. these type of scales are off by 1-2lbs

These scales are just a waste of your buck, while the weight is true the other information just guesses anything even when measuring the body fat, smart scales often cannot differentiate between visceral fat (which is linked to higher health risks) and subcutaneous fat. If you want a genuine measurement and something that can help with your health, go to a doctor.. 😑
