Don’t rent Airbnbs, period. they are the problem. Our housing market is in crisis, there are not enough houses for puertorricans because of Airbnbs and rentals.

same. I booked 2 airbnbs for when I'm in PR. Both owned by Puerto Ricans. I had found one that I loved but when I saw Lisa from TX was the owner, hard pass ✋🏼

I am from pr and in general airbnbs suck and cause gentrification. Doesn’t matter if owned by a puerto rican or american. Most airbnb owners have mulitple properties and enough money.
