Sticking to a workout routine has been life-changing for me. It’s not about losing weight or chasing perfection—it’s about showing up for myself every day, little by little. As a mom, it’s easy to lose yourself, but moving my body makes me feel like me. Even if it’s just 30 minutes, it boosts my confidence, challenges me, and improves my mental health. I’ve worked out through every stage—before kids, during pregnancy, postpartum, and through sleepless nights. It’s what keeps me feeling my best! If you want to start but don’t know how, here are my best tips: ➡️ Just start. Don’t overthink it—walk, lift, try yoga, whatever feels good! ➡️ Find what you love. Try different workouts on YouTube, IG, or TikTok. I’m loving @maiahenryfit and @movementwithjulie 💕 ➡️ Believe in yourself. You’re stronger than you think! ➡️ Start small. One area, one goal, one or two workouts a week—build from there. ➡️ Be patient. Results take time—celebrate small wins! ➡️ Stay consistent. Life happens, but get back to it. ➡️ Make it realistic. Choose a time that works for your schedule. ➡️ Ask for help. Lean on your partner, family, or support system. ➡️ Make it fun. Listen to a podcast, audiobook, or watch a show you love while moving. You CAN do this! Stay consistent, and you just might fall in love with working out like I did! 🙌 #Fitness #workoutmotivation #workoutroutine #strengthtraining #momswhoworkout #workoutathomemom #workoutathome
