@drjulianescobar: Your egg reserve will NOT affect your chance of conceiving after a tubal reversal or reanastomosis, however it is KEY in IVF. A low AMH or antral follicle count - AFC - will not affect your chances after a reversal, but it will make IVF much more challenging. A high egg count will not help you with a reversal but will likely improve your IVF outcome! Age and egg quality will equally affect both treatments, IVF and Tubal Reversal! .
