@bossfidence: I think a lot of people need to place blame on everything but themselves during their weight loss journey for their lack of success. & listen, that’s okay. But at some point you have to take accountability whether it is adjusting your routine, addressing hormonal concerns, addressing nutritional concerns, and really honing in on some possible hormonal issues that need to be supplemented with bioidentical hormones. #glp1

So true! I thought going on bc recently was causing me to stop losing/even gain a couple.. but if I’m honest I fell off with just about everything - water, sleep, protein, movement! 😩 Locking in!!

AMEN! This is why I actually think it’s ok for Insurance companies to ask you see a Nutritionist. I had to see one for 6 months to get vsg. I know how to eat but I have PCOS so vsg didn’t fix that, my GLP 1 does! I changed my eating after my surgery & I was gaining every year, added MJ & lost 75lbs in 8 months, but 130lbs total with vsg.
