@surithefoodie: Ghee Parsad Ingredients 1/4 cup Q.B.B Ghee 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1/4 cup water 1/2 Cinnamon stick 2-3 cloves Paag mixture To a saucepan, add milk, water and sugar. Cook until sugar dissolves. Remove and set aside. Flour parching/parsad To a pan on low to medium heat, add ghee and allow to melt. Add flour and keep mixing. Do not leave unattended, flour might burn. Parch flour for 10-15 minutes. Keep stirring. After flour has parched, add raisins and cherries and cook for another minute. Then add paag mixture little at a time until you achieve your desired consistency of Parsad. Double up on ingredients if you’re making a larger quantity.
