Made this tonight. It was great. Next time I have to fry my tortillas a little better so they don’t get mushy. I had a fresh lime on the side for a tiny zing on some. Thanks for sharing!

you don't have to fry the Tortillas if you want a healthier option. also, I mix in a can of cream of chicken with the shredded chicken mix
