This one was too easy! Since both are woman, I would ask if they have been under alot of stress lately, then I would recommend them to drink some more water and get back if it's worse in 2 weeks.(1/2)

Doesn’t matter which order you see them when both end up getting prescribed paracetamol and told to come back in 2 weeks if they feel there’s been no improvement and you might then refer them for a blood test - maybe.
