It does mean that you do need to show up everyday doing the things that you know will benefit in the long run. It’s the delayed gratification that nobody sticks for. Things get mundane, boring, or to hard. It’s natural, it’s will ALWAYS be like that. Even as a lifter who’s been doing this for YEARS, I always wake up wanting to snooze my alarm. I just don’t let myself do it. Why? My goals are bigger than my excuses. So yeah, I lost the weight, but it came by showing up every single day as the person that I know I need to be.
