what if you already had discectomy surgery. Some PT prescribe iso holds progressing into full morning glories or full back extensions. Other say to avoid any bending and keep the spine neutral

I had severe back pain 25 years ago. I stopped spine stretching. I have avoided spine flexion with load now bending thru the hips. I am 67 and haven't had back pain in years and am quite active. .
