Take this for what it’s worth, but my side effects were similar as you. After I was on it a little longer these went away entirely. I think I just needed to adjust.

I sleep with a hoodie and my winter jacket on and I’m under two heavy blankets. I’ve never been so cold in my life and I’m from Boston.
