Well the hair is done bleached she is wearing designer clothes so i am not sure if this is all natural a little make up won’t hurt her she looks very tired but it is her choice obviously

Other thing people forget is that Pam had a facelift prior to all this. Having a youthful appearance lends itself well to wearing little to no makeup 😊
