So what you’re saying is our corrupt judges and law-enforcement just ignores the fourth amendment The way it is written, just make the rules as they go

When you get your CDL, you sign a form you that when you drive a commercial vehicle, you must give up your 4th amendment right to be free of warrentless searches, like at the airport.

Same with an RV and a trailer house. They be can be searched without a warrant. But once the wheels are removed and the mobile becomes stationary, police need a warrant. 🙄

Pickle Rick :
It's a commercial vehicle regulated by the DOT and FMCSA. They can search the vehicle. They cant, however, search personal bags, totes, and packages without probable cause or warrant.

remember Carroll also says they can search whatever is in plain sight, they have to get a warrant for anything that's not in plain sight

in 14yrs I've never given a police officer probable cause to search my Sleeper. Pretty simple. Also a commercial vehicle will never have the rights of a personal vehicle.
