I don't have ovarian cysts anymore (I thought I would have PCOS forever). I take sea moss capsules, plant based omega 3 and magnesium glycinate. Its what worked for me, everyone is different of course

I’m really glad you found a clinic that you feel taken care of. The apt starting at 11;50 and actually going 11:50 is already such a green flag. Why have we normalized doctors being late to our apts😭
