But what am I supposed to do with my hair 😭 the texture is literally just frizz so I can’t wear it down unless it’s styled with heat. But apparently putting it in a bun damages it as well😂

Because I have spent all the money on products, I don’t yank pony tails out, I take vitamins. I’m literally at the point it’s my straight up hard water in my house .. that contradicts everything I do.

Not sure if u have video on this already, but no matter what I do my hair always breaks off in tiny 1-2 in. pieces when I brush it (gentle, wet w conditioner) happens dry too. I have wavy 2B/2C hair

What if you have done all of the hair-things, no heat, being gentle, vitamins, HP spray, masks, oils, trims. It grows, but the split ends & breakage… just keep moving up?

The thing I’m struggling with most right now is how to secure my hair when working out. I do CrossFit, and am jumping, upside down, running, etc. a top knot has been my go-to for YEARS
