also if you don't wanna carry around CD's they still make MP3'S I use to have one for music and one just for like audio books and they lasted over 10 years. probably would have lasted longer but

this is all sooo true but lets all also be very careful to not fall into the trap of overconsumption. libraries arent only for books, and if you dont want something forever its always good to see if you can borrow it from somewhere - even just friends - before buying it new !

I haven't made the step into CDs yet, but I've built up my dvds over the last couple years. I'm enjoying TV shows more when I have to be aware of episode ends to select the next one, instead of just letting it play and somehow I watched an entire season and remember none of it
