As a former ER nurse, I commend you on the nasal airway! I have a set too! I keep tourniquets, cold packs, abdominal bandages (for big bleeders), quick clot, saline and sterile water, and Sam splint

First responder/firefighter here. I carry a kit very similar to what you have here. Had to use a triangular bandage as a sling when my son broke his collarbone last time we were camping.

Very good first aid kit, 1 cqb and long range weapon, food, water, plenty of tools and random parts to make shit work in a pinch, small pack out bags

We are well stocked for an emergency. My wife is a BSN as well. We also have her on a first responder cell network that gives her service almost anywhere.
