Aged Care facilities are not staffed with enough aged care registered nursing professionals. Carers are not nurses and have minimal training. When this happens- standards are compromised.

Aged care needs a complete reform. Managers need to be moved on. The whole system is broken. Personal carers get trained to give basic medications, but also have to manage an entire ward for the cares

Great - more negative comments regarding Aged Care facilities. Remember these types of incidents can happen in ANY health facility. Give some consideration to people who have their loved ones
