If you dont want an escrow account make sure your credit is good enough to be in a conventional loan,FHA and VA loans DO NOT ALLOW you to be non escrow

At this point, my husband and I can't save enough to not have an escrow but Ive never had issues with my insurance not getting paid so, thanks US Bank 😂

I personally like having a escrow account. I don’t have to worry about paying the taxes on my home every year or the homeowners insurance. Never had a problem with it.
