for sldl, during your max bend, dont push your butt, lock it to that position, for rdl, at the same point, you can push it to the back

RDL: butt backward while SLDL: butt goes up to the moon. both exercise keep your knee slightly bend, dont let your knee move forward. thats it. important thing is keep practicing ๐๐ฅฐ hope this helps.

u're not doing the stiff-legged right, your knees should not bend at all doing it. wheress, rdl requires the knees to be slightly bended in order for the glutes to be pushed away as much as you can
