Enjoy Recipe -1lb Pasta, we used Lumacha from Arizona Pasta Pasta -2T Olive Oil -3T Butter -1tsp Red Chile Flakes -1 Shallot, diced -2 cloves Garlic, minced -Tomato Paste, 4oz or so -Vodka, we used 3 airplane bottles 150ml -1C Heavy Cream -Salt n Pepper to taste throughout -2-3T Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped -8 Basil Leaves, chopped -1C Parmesan Cheese -Pasta Water, 1/2 to 1 C -Cheese and Parsley to garnish **Skillet Med Heat. Add olive oil and 1T Butter **Add shallots, salt and red chile flakes, cook a few minutes **Add garlic, cook until you can smell it **Add tomato paste in middle, cook a few minutes **Good time to cook pasta **Bring tomato paste, shallot, garlic together **Add vodka, good until you can’t smell vodka, few minutes **Add Heavy Cream, cook a few minutes **Season w S&P **Add parsley, basil, whisk **Add pasta and butter,bring together **Add pasta water, bring together **Top with cheese and parsley **Enjoy #vodkasauce #pasta #EasyRecipes #easydinner #3piecesofpecan #petermillar #fyp
