A dedicated circuit makes sure it has its own wire for power and is not shared with any other outlet along the way. This way it can handle more power with a much less chance of it flipping a breaker. You’ll lose all your food if your fridge pops a breaker when you’re on vacation. Coffee bar, network room, fridge, freezers, are some of the big ones to consider. In canada, we have code rules for what has to be dedicated. It’s illegal to not run a dedicated for all the things you said in the video. Seems like american electrical doesn’t care

Ask for a separate circuit for your outdoor outlets. Our electrician did this for us. I keep seeing videos on electric thieves and we will not have that problem❣️
