I’m a new grad in nurse residency and thankfully am still only scheduled on the unit for 3 shifts. If I have education days I’m still only doing 36-40 hours a week. This looks stressful😅

Damn 💀🙏🏽😭 this is absolutely insane. Nursing school was absolutely horrible. It challenged my mental health, my emotional health, my physical health, my health’s health. Residency sounds worse 💀
