Yes as long as your splashing the water on your face! I used to directly put my face under the water to rinse off and it damaged my skin barrier!😩

Just make sure to wash your face last and turn down the heat of the water!! I was damaging my skin barrier with hot shower water for so long 😭

I did this my entire life but then noticed the hot water from the shower was drying/irritating my skin 😭 if your skin tolerates it DO IT!! I miss it!!!
