I quit a month ago after only 2 years of nursing. I made it 20 years in the military but nursing is awful and I loved being a nurse it’s the abuse of our empathy.

This is not going to work. You just look like you’re having a temper tantrum. Hire lawyers and start suing. Second, lobby legislatures and get mandatory safe staffing ratios.
