Well I believe I did this in 2012 when I missed a step going downstairs and my foot and ankle totally turned sideways. My bf at the time wrapped it. My fit and ankle swelled to 3x normal size and turned purple and black. He didn’t think I needed a doctor so I didn’t go. It still bothers me to this day. 🫤
