Here are the ingredients and directions: 4 servings // 500 calories each _________ 1 1/2 lbs chuck roast 6 cups broccoli 1/2 cup soy sauce 2 onions 1 Tbsp avocado oil 1/4 cup sesame seeds Ginger, garlic, salt 1. Slice beef into strips 2. Add to a slow cooker (crock pot, Instant pot) with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and oil 3. Stir contents 4. Cook on “low” for 6 hours or on “high” for 3 hours 5. Add broccoli florets to pot, stir to mix through, re-cover and cook for another 15 minutes on “low” 6. Top with sesame seeds, and enjoy! 7. Note: This recipe does not include rice, if you want rice – just add it and track it, if you’re tracking calories.
