Expect fluffy, golden focaccia straight from the oven with whipped ricotta, delicate baked ravioli drizzled with aged balsamic, and a balloon of burrata with spring peas. Signature pastas include rigatoni primavera, agnolotti in black truffle fonduta, gnocchi in sage butter, and orecchiette arrabbiata with burrata. Vegetables shine with dishes like grilled zucchini aglio e olio, squash blossoms in a lemon potato mousse, and white beans with broccoli rabe—all inspired by what’s freshest at the local farmers market. The cocktail menu, designed by @nycsomm_in_la (formerly of Eleven Madison Park), features a classic martini, a green chartreuse-infused Negroni (a true ⭐️), and a mezcal margarita.
