The hospital needs to be sued, not the police, the hospital released her despite her having low oxygen levels, she suffered a COPD episode, and wouldn’t leave the hospital claiming she was having an emergency and security called police and said she was faking it, all police knew was she was released and they said she was ok and shes “faking it”
