I like the idea, I’d also add beef. People go crazy for Japanese Wagyu which is not any better than a high quality Irish fillet but 5x the cost. We should market Irish beef better

I read somewhere that our milk is exported to China for 'formula'? Our butter is considered best in the world! Beef is exceptional. Imagine Ireland being the Healthy Food Capital of the world 💪

I work in the cheese industry & I wish we celebrated cheese more in Ireland. There is a 6 show Grand Prix circuit in the UK & it drives the industry and we need that here to promote our amazing dairy

Chocolate 🍫 Milk Chocolate a la what Cadbury used to produce prior to the Kraft/Modeled buy out. Good quality big batch Irish milk chocolate is thin on the ground.
