This right here is my favourite all tome game ever and for me the best ever final fantasy. I literally play it start to finish 3 times a year (though unfortunately didn’t finish my last run of 2024☹️)

it took over 15 years to realize the song eyes on you was the song the bar lady was singing about Laguna. Rinoa's mom was singing about Laguna this whole time.

I really hate the endings to most final fantasy games. not because it's bad but the opposite. the games are amazing. and then that's the end. it really makes you sad that you dont get to explore the world more... would love to know what happens after the events of ff8
