Everyone starts at Day 1.  I remember being so excited to buy these weights and start using them.  I followed some VHS tapes that I bought from a garage sale. I had no clue what I was doing but I was just so proud of myself for actually exercising. As a stay at home mom of 4 I was finally taking some time do something for me.    Why is that so hard sometimes? I never viewed working out as a chore or something that I had to do. I wasn’t doing it for fat loss. I had spent the prior year focusing on cutting back on all my treats and had lost most of my extra baby weight.  I looked forward to my strength workouts to see what I was capable of doing every day.  In time I moved on to following a cheap online program and then outgrew that and then got the courage to enter a gym and start following a training program.  Our health and fitness journey will constantly evolve if we let it. Make some sort of movement a priority in your life everyday. If you stay consistent with it through the craziness of life you will see progress. Don’t give up! Keep challenging yourself to do more each week.  I hope you see part of your story in mine.
