Beat the eggs in a bowl. 2. In a ttukbaegi (earthenware pot), add in water, chicken broth cube, fish sauce, carrots, and spring onions. 3. On medium high heat, let it come up to a simmer and mix in the beaten eggs. 4. Mix until it curdles, and lower the heat to low. 5. Cover with a metal bowl and let it cook for 10 minutes. 6.
