So unsafe and uncallled for! If I were that pt I would sue for the anesthesia which is charged by 15 min increments! Insane! This is why CEOs are being “visited”!

Oncology PA here. They will fight us on imaging of cancer patients. A peer to peer for a breat MRI and insurance doc said pt didn't meet Tyrer Cuzick criteria. You can't TC for a pt that has BC!!

We’ve had this happen to a patient having a CLN - hx CLN cancer- they tracked us down 2 hrs before procedure. Patient already prepped.
