My daughter is 5 in April and still has very full nappies, my eldest was dry by 3 and I am constantly chastising myself for it. I won’t push her though til SHES ready but it’s lovely to have someone

My daughter was 4 in December and still wears a nappy at night. She’s been potty trained since she turned 2. It’s hormonal they can’t control it when they’re in a deep sleep. You’re not a failure🥰

It’s hormonal, home is a safe space and if they have accidents that’s okay. Don’t let people make you feel guilty 🙏🏻❤️

My son was out of pull ups at night 2 months before he started reception, it was a very quick transition and I was fully expecting it to take until he was 5/6.

I’ve recently seen a paediatrician recharging bedwetting for my son and he said he said it’s perfectly normal for kids to wet the bed until age 10. Ignore the perfect parents 😉

I’m sure all the comments have already explained how it can’t be taught and it’s just hormonal. Blackcurrant/orange juices before bed can also add to this too. Being autistic delays the hormones too.
