Thank you for this information. Should I be changing the metering regularly or can I leave it on spot metering. I’m doing a lot of portraits, golden hours shoots or beach day shots. I’m having such a hard time understanding the focus part of it. Not sure what all my setting should be. Thanks again.

I know this is an older video, but it was so helpful. Now, if I were photographing someone riding a horse. And the rider is wearing a white shirt, but the horse is dark. How would you meter? For the rider, or horse?
