if anything, Silver will be the post credit. (incoming yap) Metal appearing out of nowhere and Amy’s extremely advanced metal hammer makes me believe the two are from the future. Sonic 4 i reckon will involve some heavy use of time travel, which might lead to Sonic making a mistake and causing an accident within the timeline, leading to Silver hunting him down throughout the timeline which will be the plot for Sonic 5.
