This practice of not picking up 💩 after each time is fascinating. Like, don’t the dogs end up walking in it? Don’t you? (Or do the humans never go in the yard?) what about rain? The smell? Just why?

This is so weird to me... Just pick up as you go. I have a fenced in backyard and I pick up as they go so I don't have a nasty yard... Why do people not clean it up instantly...
