@bastianosis: The Mendelssohn violin concerto is certainly a gold standard of the repetoire. It‘s captivating 1st, beautifully melancholic 2nd and cheerful and fun 3rd movement give you a ride through pretty much the entire spectrum of a great romantic concerto and the composer Felix Mendelssohn as a whole. Further it‘s clear structure and accessible harmonies and melodies make it easy to listen to (without taking away any artistic depth). It‘s definetly one of my favs and a great recommandation for new classical music listeners and with the great Augustin Hadelich and the hr Sinfonieorchester always worth a re-listen for the experienced music enjoyer #classicalmusic #violin #orchestra #fyp #magical #captivating This clip is being used for educational purposes
